Meet David McLean

David was born and raised in Orlando and he is the 3rd generation in his family to live in College Park.

David's first home was a bungalow on Westmoreland Drive, which he still owns today. Over the last 15 years, David has been buying and selling homes in College Park, many of which he still owns and rents to those who want to enjoy the great charm of College Park. He also owns apartments on the 14th Fairway of Dubsdread Golf Course.

David also grew up spending time at his grandparents farm and groves just west of Apopka and developed a real appreciation for land and real estate (no pun intended!). Even though he has a Business degree in Risk Management/Insurance, he has always enjoyed real estate, even when it was only a hobby.

College Park is such a special place to live with its small town charm and many great restaurants and shops, yet only five minutes from Downtown Orlando. In addition to College Park, David has lived in Baldwin Park, so he is very familiar with that neighborhood and its great amenities, shops and restaurants, as well. As he loves being on the water, David has lived on Lake Silver twice and also has owned properties on the Winter Park chain of lakes.
